While Pastor Jeremy sees to the spiritual growth and needs of the entire church body, Pastor Shayna leads our women's ministry, and works behind the scenes to ensure that everyone serving in the role that best fits their spiritual gifts and callings.

Tommy Pruitt & wife Ladonna are eager to love on people beyond the walls of the church, and have a heart to make people feel loved and wanted. Tommy is passionate about preaching God’s word, showing the love of Jesus, and connecting with others on a deeper level!
They want everyone who comes through the door to feel welcome, feel at home, and most importantly feel the love of Jesus!

Deacon Billy Smallwood & wife Barbara have been faithful in many areas of the ministry for years, and are now leading our feeding center ministry. Their goal is to provide a warm meal to our entire community on the 3rd Thursday of each month. All are invited to come eat and fellowship with us.

Micah Borden is not only the leader of our greeters, but also serves as a deacon as well and takes care of our office needs.
Russell Castile and Mickey Murphy see to it that our parking lot and campus are safe and secure, so each and every family can focus on what really matters... experiencing the goodness of God in Worship.

Many times we have individuals who stop in to our church during days where no meal is available, but they are hungry, possibly homeless, and in need of a warm meal. Our Hungryman Ministry makes sure that we always have complete frozen dinners available to meet that need right away!
Megan Pride along with David Montgomery lead this ministry

Shayna and Ladonna also serve in many other areas of the ministry and volunteer where needed.

Shayna has a heart for Women's ministry and seeing ladies shine as they live out their callings. She coordinates events and other exciting activites that the women of "The Way" can get involved with and grow in the faith through fellowship with one another.
